AI Fence Media

Every guide, checklist, and cost reference on AIFenceHQ.com is published under one byline: AI Fence Media. That is the real publisher, not a pen name for a made-up writer.

Last reviewed . Applies to AIFenceHQ.com, AIFencePros.com, AIFenceDesign.com.

Who we are

AI Fence Media is a small independent publisher that runs three sister sites for the fence trade: AI Fence Pros (contractor playbooks) and AI Fence Design (homeowner guides), plus AIFenceHQ.com. AI Fence Media is owned by a working Virginia fence contractor. Some guides draw on real buying and install experience. Sponsored placements are always labeled, and sponsors never pay for rankings or reviews. The publisher itself does not install fence, quote jobs, send crews, or sell leads to contractors.

We publish under the company name on purpose. We do not invent writer personas, stock-photo headshots, or credentials, and we do not claim years in the field that nobody on the byline has. If a named person with real trade experience ever writes or reviews a page, that page will name them and say what they checked.

How our pages are made

Our pages are researched and drafted with AI tools, working from public sources and a written set of house rules. Then they go through the same checks every time before they are published:

  1. Source first.Prices, wages, and vendor features come from named public pages: cost guides such as HomeGuide, HomeAdvisor, and Fixr, government data such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and each vendor's own site. We open the page, quote it as printed, and record the date the source shows and the date we checked it.
  2. No invented numbers. If we cannot point to where a number came from, it does not go on the page. No made-up percentages, savings claims, star ratings, or code rules.
  3. Local rules stay local.Permits, setbacks, pool barrier rules, and 811 locate rules vary by state and town. We send readers to the office that decides instead of guessing a rule for them.
  4. Automated checks. Before a page ships we run a crawl for broken links and missing titles, a word count, and a structured-data check so the FAQ and article markup matches what readers can see on the page.
  5. Dated updates. Each guide shows a Last reviewed date. When a source changes or a reader reports an error, we fix the page and change the date.

What we cover

Money and independence

The sites are supported by Google AdSense and may carry labeled sponsor placements or affiliate links. Advertisers and sponsors do not write, edit, or rank anything. Details are on the Disclosure page. No manufacturer, software vendor, supplier, or retailer we name pays for coverage.
